Subscription: After your 30-day free trial, membership is €9.99/month (inc. VAT). You may cancel anytime via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to share your account credentials, download content for redistribution, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property: All audiobooks and platform content are licensed, not sold. You may stream and download titles for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability: AudiobookHub is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or interruption of service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
